Introduction and Methodology

This article applies a taxonomical framework to rank nations by folly, derived from KJV Bible definitions of a fool, integrated with empirical indicators from global datasets and historical records. Animosity towards Christians and the Bible are factored into Order I as an additional indicator, using normalized ranks from the Open Doors World Watch List 2025, where higher persecution correlates with greater contempt for biblical wisdom.
Research and national folly rankings were prepared, and structured, by exchanging outputs between Gemini 2.5 Pro and Grok 4 DeepSearch, with emphasis on creating a taxonomical output, based on hard empirical sources.
Concluding scripture outputs were structured by feeding the final research and article, as all KJV verses on folly and foolishness, and some of my previous articles, into LLMs for taxonomical structuring. Everything has been developed and edited, manually, for relative coherence and consistency.

Foolish Nations Prophesied for Salvation

Deuteronomy 32:21 KJV
They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; they have provoked me to anger with their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with those which are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation.

Romans 10:16–21 KJV
But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.
But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.
But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me.
But to Israel he saith, All day long I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.

Israel’s Own Foolishness

Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not; which have ears, and hear not:

Judgment and Salvation of Egypt and Assyria as Foolish Nations

Isaiah 19:13 KJV
The princes of Zoan are become fools, the princes of Noph are deceived; they have also seduced Egypt, even they that are the stay of the tribes thereof.

Isaiah 19:18–25 KJV
In that day shall five cities in the land of Egypt speak the language of Canaan, and swear to the LORD of hosts; the city of destruction shall be called one of them.
In that day shall there be an altar to the LORD in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar at the border thereof to the LORD.
And it shall be for a sign and for a witness unto the LORD of hosts in the land of Egypt: for they shall cry unto the LORD because of the oppressors, and he shall send them a saviour, and a great one, and he shall deliver them.
And the LORD shall be known to Egypt, and the Egyptians shall know the LORD in that day, and shall do sacrifice and oblation; yea, they shall vow a vow unto the LORD, and perform it.
And the LORD shall smite Egypt: he shall smite and heal it: and they shall return even to the LORD, and he shall be intreated of them, and shall heal them.
In that day shall there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the Assyrians.
In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land:
Whom the LORD of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel mine inheritance.

Nations Flowing to the Lord’s House in the Last Days

Isaiah 35:8 KJV
And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

Isaiah 2:2–3 KJV
And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.
And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
